CACLP 2025 will take place from 21-24 March, 2025 at Hangzhou Grand Convention & Exhibition Center, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

We are expecting over 1,300 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors to attend the exhibition from around the globe.

The exhibition is free for pre-registration. On-site registration will cost RMB 50 yuan for a single visitor. Fees for other activities can be confirmed at registration.

Starting from 30 November 2024, travelers holding ordinary passports from 38 countries will enjoy visa-free entry to China for stays of up to 30 days. Please check your eligibility and specific visa requirements at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in your area.

Yes, you can register onsite. However, we strongly encourage online pre-registration, which reduces the additional onsite registration fee (RMB 50 yuan) and the time you spend in lines.
