Mindray signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CR PHARMA COMM

On February 6, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in the headquarter of Mindray in Shenzhen.

In the context of deepening the reform of the national medical and health system and promoting the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, Mindray and CR Pharmaceutical Commercial will give full play to their respective advantages in terms of products, brands and business networks, and work together in business cooperation, marketing, industry promotion and other areas.

CR Pharmaceutical Commercial is a large pharmaceutical distribution enterprise wholly owned by CR Pharmaceutical Group and is one of the business units in the health field of CR Group, with a comprehensive structure and rich experience in pharmaceutical merchandising, logistics and distribution as well as pharmaceutical supply chain solution services. 

Mindray and CR Pharmaceutical Commercial will follow the win-win principle of mutual benefit and common development, establishing a long-term and stable strategic partnership in the field of medical device procurement and medical services to maximize the economic and social value of each party.

On February 7, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and China National Medical Device Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Beijing.

Founded in 1966, as the carrier of the strategic development of Sinopharm's medical device sector, under the leadership of Sinopharm and Sinopharm Group, CDMC has earned an operating income of CNY 72.4 billion yuan in 2021 and owns more than 380 subsidiaries with covering medical device research and development, manufacturing, distribution, service and other fields. Through this cooperation, Mindray and CDMC will give full play to their respective advantages and jointly strive to provide energy-saving, environmentally friendly, high-quality and preferential medical protection through innovative development.

At the event, Mindray and CDMC had a heated exchange and discussion on the strategic cooperation.
