MEDICA is the world‘s largest event for the medical sector. For more than 40 years it has been firmly established on every expert’s calendar. The 53rd MEDICA attracted more than 5,500 exhibitors and 200, 000 visitors from 100 countries in 18 halls. Furthermore, each year, leading individuals from the fields of business, research, and politics grace this top-class event with their presence — naturally alongside tens of thousands of national and international experts and decision-makers from the sector.

Due to the epidemic, MEDICA 2020 only held online exhibitions. This year, it held offline again and provided online viewing. It is worth to mentioning that in the past few years, the number of exhibitors in China has always ranked second, which was next to the host country Germany. In the year of 2021, even under the difficult conditions of a month isolation, it still has nearly 200 Chinese enterprises participated in the exhibition and over 30 IVD companies among them.
