On June 27th, Hybribio Biotech and Mindray officially signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement in Shenzhen. 

Based on the advantages of their respective fields, the two companies will carry out in-depth cooperation in life information and support, in vitro diagnosis, medical imaging, overall solutions for two cancer screening, hospital department equipment, information construction, etc., and jointly establish the "Hybribio-Mindray Standardized Laboratory" to achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing.

With the signing of this comprehensive cooperation agreement, both parties will establish a long-term, stable and comprehensive partnership in the field of medical device procurement and medical services, and Mindray's advantages in overall project consulting, hospital information construction, equipment intelligence, data integration and information interconnection construction based on the Triple A accreditation will help Hybribio's big health segment construction and development.
