Shanghai Academy of Experimental Medicine (SAEM) Established

Shanghai Academy of Experimental Medicine (SAEM) held the opening ceremony at the conference room of Shanghai Tomorrow Square in Nov. 18th, 2020. The Academy will bring its superiority into full play of systems and strengthen the weakness on high-tech area performing the chairman responsibility system. The Academy integrated eight aspects of politics, industry, study, research, medicine and capital into one system focusing on Wall Breakthrough. Based on openness, collaboration and alliance to storm investigative transformation platform aiming at target orientation, project guidance, cooperation and mutual benefits.

Deputy director Qin Jing from Shanghai Municipal Health Commission gave a brief introduction for the task of establishment of SAEM. Secretary of the party committee, Ms. Yang Yinghua from Shanghai Clinical Laboratory Center hosted the opening ceremony. Director Wang Hualiang from Shanghai Clinical Laboratory Center, takes charge of president of SAEM and director Wang Xuefeng, Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical College, director Lu Daru, Engineering Technology Research Center of Genetic Technology, Ministry of Education, Fudan University, chairman Song Haibo, China Association of In Vitro Diagnostics, vice chief engineer Chen Chang, SITRI, executive director Yang Zhong, Shanghai International Institute of Human Phenotype, director Fan Zhijing, Shanghai Food and Drug Administration Certification Review Center, the deputy director Yuan Zheng`an, Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention serves as the deputy president.
